Landline not working
Landline phone not working , done all the usual checks

@Kelvink1 you need to reportvthe fault to Sky.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

What have they said? Tgey pass any fault to Openreach for investigation and a fix.

@Kelvink1 bit short on any detail here. What's the background? New to Sky, or recently upgraded your broadband technology? Or has your Sky landline been working ok up to now? Black broadband Hub? Or white? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Or a wall socket?

Wall socket with 2 outlets, i for hub, 1for phone. Black box, had over 1 year, always been ok

Thanks for the detail. As you've reported it before and you're not getting anywhere, I'd suggest raising a complaint highlighting that you've reported it several times and it's still not fixed. Use the web-form option to complain.
