Landline not working

Our landline is dead, Sky Q and Internet are both working

Any recent changes to your set up? 


Try the below line test. Disregard it saying it will test your broadband https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start

Have you carried out the test in the link provided? Has the line been working okay up to now?
