Landline not working

My landline isn't working. So I have no  internet. I've tried all the on line troubleshooting and done all the let's fix this.  I've looked on the help pages. Don't know what to do can anyone please help.

@Sarah0206  If your internet is not working did you run the broadband test? Can you also tell us where your phone is plugged into and which router do you have from the link below.
