Landline not working since cable engineers put new cable into property

Need our land line connected since cable was put into our property we have no in or out connection and we desperatly need it for my blind husband

@Dotty1957 Sky won't respond to your post here - we're a customer Community and Sky won't know who you are.

I'm assuming you mean new fibre optic cable.

 

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from the old wall socket.
