Okay, Ive been tracking this conversation. My landline is correctly fitted to my Sky Hub and all the lights are green on the Hub and the gizmo attached to the wall. No dial tone. I then followed the guidance and restarted but the Hub and the gizmo - still no dial tone. Being enquisitive I phoned my own house number - it rings on my mobile phone but there is not a peep from my home phone. Help please.

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
