Our Sky landline phone is receiving calls, and will call out to other landlines. However, it has suddenly started not recognising mobile phone numbers when I phone out. Everythign has been working fine for the last couple of years, but yesterday I started getting 'number not recognised' messages when calling mobile numbers. I re-started the box and the problem seemed to have been resolved. However, this afternoon it has started not recognising mobile phone numbers again
