Landline issue

My phone line has suddenly stopped working and no idea why? I cant find any way of contacting sky to find out what the issue is with my Internet calls? My broadband is working fine.

I assume your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub. Was your service activated recently? Do you have a black Hub, or white one? Have you tried restarting the Hub by turning it off at the plug for a few minutes?

Yes plugged into my black hub and has been installed for around 5 months or so. I have managed to speak to someone at sky now and they have notified open reach
