Landline isn’t working

My landline isn't working. There is no dialling tone. My broadband connection is fine just landline not working. I do not have internet calls. Seems there is a problem with line as have tried different phone

If you have made no changes to your broadband package recently see if you can run this line test.,  ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

There is no dial tone on my phone. I bought a new phone no difference. When I ring my house a woman answers it and she lives 3 miles up the road another town.

What's the background to this? Have you been with Sky for landline/broadband for a while? Has your phone with Sky been working ok up to now?
