Landline fault
Phone not working - no dialling tone just a noisy line and unable to receive calls too. Linked to personal alarm used for emergencies also so very important it is back up and running. Can sky check the line please.

Re: Landline fault
You can make an initial check yourself via the connection test link here, regardless of whether or not your broadband is working: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
If it doesn't detect the fault, it will need to be reported to Sky. If you wish, we can alert Sky here and they may be able to contact you via the Community's private online messaging service

Re: Landline fault
That test checks both broadband and the phone connection but it is up to you if you want to run it or not.

Yes, quite so. Exactly why I posted, "...regardless of whether or not your broadband is working."
