Landline fault no phone service
My landline is not working. I've had no service for 2 weeks. I reported the fault a few days ago and today received a text message from Sky saying the fault is fixed. The fault has not been fixed. Help please

Re: Landline fault no phone service
You'll need to contact Sky again when the Contact Centre reopens. They, in turn, will notify Openreach.

Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? If so, try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds.

Re: Landline fault no phone service
Looks like you'll have to speak to Sky again as previously advised, I'm afraid. We can ask their messaging team to contact you here so that you can do so via a private online chat, if you wish?
