Since we signed up to Sky, over a month ago, we haven't been able to use our landline. We can't receive or make calls. The Sky team have tried to rectify the problem but it is still not resolved.

This seems to be a common story here for a lot of people, ourselves included... (switched to Sky 10th Sep, 3 weeks later still not working)
Are you on the Hub max (white one with a single light)?
One member was told they are broke and a firmware fix is required.
I've not had this confirmed directly from Sky yet though...

@WhizKids thanks for your message. We have that box, unfortunately. It seems many other people have too. Sky really should rectify this issue by providing an alternative router......

So yesterday we got a random text that an engineer was working on the ticket and lo and behold later in the day it worked.
Literally 3 weeks after switch over and we now have a landline.
I'm not sure what or to where the change was made but it now magically works.

@WhizKids that's good news. Perhaps we'll get the same in due course.
