We had a mini cut off with sky and phone, the broadband has reconnected but the phone is cut off. When I dial it im getting the number isn't recognised, why have I been disconnected

It's probably a fault rather than a disconnection (why indeed would Sky disconnect you?). Try the connection test here and see if it detects a fault, even if your broadband is working ok now: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
