@Worriedwidow@stereohaven just to confirm that unlike with some other providers, a landline service is provided by default with all Sky broadband products. 

 

@Worriedwidow it's not uncommon for there to be a delay in activating the phone service, even though broadband is up and running. Ususally the delay is around 24 hours, but can sometimes be longer. I'd suggest restarting your Sky Hub and the ONT (the white box) by switching  them both off at the plug for a few minutes. If that doesn't prompt the Voice light to illuminate green, I'd report it to Sky.

any ideas i cannot get in touch with a human at sky take my money for service i am not getting
