Landline dead

I cannot make or receive calls on my landline, don't know how long its been, definitely more than 4 days everytime I try to contact sky just says there busy and to call back later. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggested even plugging in another phone still nothing, wouldn't mind too much as we don't rely on the landline for contact, but as I'm paying for the service would be nice to know its working.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
