Land line not working
Upgraded internet to fibre internet or working but no phone line what can I do

When was your fibre service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Do you have a black Hub or the white Max Hub?

Yes it plug in to the back of the hub and it is a black one

Thanks. It can take a full 24 hours (sometimes longer) for activation of the phone service to be completed. Try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for a minute, to see if that prompts the Voice LED on the front panel to light.
If not, I'd suggest waiting until tomorrow, then trying a restart again, and if the Voice light is still unlit, reporting it to Sky. If you wish, post again at that time and we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat.
