Land line not working

Before Christmas open reach where in the road, only noticed that people tried to call me on the land line saying it was not working, tried the land line ; no ring tone on phone , cannot get in touch with SKY my land line provider as they are not answering there phones. Anyone out there can help would be appreciated

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
