Land line not functioning
After going live my land line refuses to function and remains so after trying all the online suggestions.

When were your services activated?
Which broadband product?
Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?
Do you have a black or white Hub?
If you have a black Hub, is the Voice light on the front panel illuminated? Amber or Green?
