LANDLINE NOTWORKING WITH NEW SKY HUB
I have received a new Sky Hub. I have plugged my landline phone in the back of the Sky Hub but my landline has no signal and is not working

@LANMAN1 welcome to this customer Community. Was your landline phone plugged into your previous broadband Hub? Has there been any change or upgrade to your broadband service, apart from receiving a new Hub?

My landline was previously plugged into a phone socket. Now I have upgraded to a full fibre installation I have been sent a new Sky Hub and my landline has now been plugged into this but the phone is dead and not working through the new Sky Hub.

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the Fibre broadband activation.
[I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off]

@LANMAN1 when was your upgrade activated? Do you have a white Hub, or black?
