Internet working but phone showing, Line Code

Broadband working, TV, Internet but phone is showing Line Code Error. No calls in or out, completely dead. Been through all suggested unplug and reboots, still no phone and showing Line Code Error.

That would be line cord error, I would think. Are you new to Sky? Has your Sky landline service worked ok up to now?
