@Dany6

When was your Sky broadband activated as it can take up to 24 hours for the phone to start working.

@Dany6  Have you been told you've been switched to internet calls?  Is the Voice light in the hub illuminated?

If you plug your phone back in to the master socket does it still work?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Dany6 you haven't yet been switched over to Internet calls, then. Keep your phone plugged into your master socket until Sky notify you.

For information, national PSTN (analogue voice service) is currently scheduled for switch-off at the end of January 2027.
