I need the hardline to the indoor socket relocating
The hardline cable from outside the house to the internal socket has frayed and wires exposed hence a repair is required as well as the cable being rerouted

You'll need to call Sky and they'll book an Openreach engineer. I believe Sky are having problems with their link to Openreach at the moment, so there may be a delay in booking.
