I need someone to call me as I cannot make calls on my number

I cannot make calls on my phone. I need someone to call my number in order to get the problem resolved

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum, and Sky won't call you.

Sky cant call users from forum posts because your forum account lacks the information required.

You'll need to find a way to call Sky or we can escalate your post here so you can online chat with a Sky rep, however replies are not instant and the chat reps can only access certain areas of your account so you may be required to call in anyway.
