How do I change to incoming calls only getting so many changes

@Glenis1948Are you on pay-as-you-talk with Sky. You will find that there is higher charges on this.

Do you use your landline a lot or do you have a mobile that you can use?

Sky don't offer an incoming calls only service, I'm afraid.
