How do I book and engineer or get help for a landline that does not have a dial tone

I have done the tests. The broadband and TV work.

I have plugged in an analogue phone abd that cannot get a tone.

I would like assistance please.

SKY wants me to telephone them? ////ha ha

Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband? Or recently upgraded your broadband package? Or has your landline with Sky worked ok up to now?
