How do I add extras such as call divert to Sky Talk. I don't mean phone activation, but to my account? Thanks.

You will have to call Sky to have this added. There is a monthly charge for this service. Off the top of my head I think it's £2.50pm. Just dial 150 from your landline to call Sky.
