If you didn't order it when you joined Sky Talk then call Sky on the free 150 number to ask them to add Sky Talj Voicemail for you. Once it has been added you can dial 1571 to listen to any messages.

There are additional costs. Normal 1571 Voicemail is £2 per month. Voicemail Plus is £2.50 per month,
