House Wiring issue with talk

So my house wiring is set up so the downstairs can only get phone calls and upstairs can only use the broadband, I have superfast but want the landline to work and not the internet calls, can I get this changed as we need the landline as we can't get any phones connected to the hub due to limited power.

It's unlikely that Sky,will revert you to standard calls, but give them a call to check. Openreach plan to turn off all analogue phone lines,by 2025.
