Home phone not working. Line cord error

Internet working fine but home phone's 'packed up'.  Tested in the master socket too and same answer appears 'line cord error'?

Unable to make/receive phone calls

Agreed a new package with SKY over Sky Talk - moved to evening and weekend calls. Now cannot make/receive ANY calls.

Phone constantly advises 'Line Cord Error'

Tried the Sky help but keep going round in circles!!

We have this now and apparently it's an outside line BT issue.
