Help

I've had full  fiber installed today I've got the white router the Internet works but my phone line don't work it's all plugged in right I've rang up one guy said it's takes 24 hours to activate the phone line and the other guy I spoke didn't have a clue and said he will escalate it can someone help

You were informed correctly. It can take up to 24 hours to be activated.
