You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

You can't rearrange an appointment here and if you cancelled the first one at short notice you're likely to be charged £25.

 

What was the visit for and I'll move your post to the correct board?

@Donna_10 I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky here - we're a customer Community. Give Sky a call to book a new appointment, or you may be able to book,it yourself via the tracking section of the Sky app.
