Getting sky to move landline
Does anyone know how to get sky to move a landline from roof to wall. I have tried numerous times through their overseas call centre, each time they seem unable to understand what is wanted, and each call results in another 72 hr wait to see if they are going to do it. Any advice on a direct uk number to call or any one else been able to get this type of issue resolved.

Re: Getting sky to move landline
There is no separate UK number. All calls go through to the next available agent wherever they may be based.
Not sure what you mean by roof to wall? Why does it need to be moved?

The phrase most likely to get a result is 'master socket relocation'
Even if this isn't actually applicable it's the best way to achieve booking of an Openreach engineer.

Re: Getting sky to move landline
The cable is currently fixed to the fascia board on the roofline, work is going to be done on the roof which will involve removing the facia boards, therefore the cable needs to be moved from the facia board and re-attached to the wall below the roofline.
