Had full fibre connected on Tuesday since then my phones are not working

@Georgie1946  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as Sky Go is a Mobile/PC app for watching Sky TV and has nothing to do with Broadband or telephone related issues.

@Georgie1946 are your phones plugged into the socket at the back of your broadband Hub? 

 

They won't work from the old wall sockets.
