Faulty Landline

I'm messaging regarding my landline as it is completely dead and can't receive or make outgoing calls, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting all cables and the phone is still making no noise or working

@RobinS91  Have you recently changed your broadband with Sky or just joined Sky or did this just happen out of the blue?
