You'll need to give sky a call and ask for an engineer to attend to remove the wiring from your internal master socket due to having the old bell wiring connected to it.
The wiring within this master socket would be connected to 1 or 2 wires alongside another few wires connected to allow your internet to be enabled.
This wiring mentioned which controls the bell, will be disconnected when they attend to enable you to remove the external bell.
