External Calls Not Working Since Full Fibre Installed
I have now moved over to full fibre broadband this morning.
I can dial out on the landline, but we are not receiving external calls.
Phone is plugged into router.
How long does it take for external calls to work?

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

Still the same situation today, still not receiving any incoming calls.

I suggest giving it til mid afternoon. It not working fully by then report it to Sky by dialling 150 from your landline.

@JOHNN26 you could try turning off both your Hub and ONT off at the plug for 10 minutes. If that doesn't resolve it, it may simply be taking a bit longer for activation to complete. It's fairly commonly reported here - in my case it recently took 3 days to move from the copper-based landline service to Hub. You could give Sky a call, as @Daniel0210 posted, or avoid the hassle and wait for a few more days to see if it sorts itself out.
