Engineer no show
I was due an engineer today from city fibre to upgrade my sky broadband. No one has showed and no message to say why. Due between 8am and 1pm.
Need to speak to a human not a robot anyone got any numbers?

Most likely an earlier job has overrun. Shy won't be updated by City Fibre / Openreach until overnight tonight so no point ringing today really.
If you need to call tomorrow just dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline.
