Copper Phone line being turned off
Hi All
Received a letter stating our copper phone line is being turned off this month.
Do Sky offer a dedicated voice line without broadband now? and if so what would be the correct "terminology" to ask when calling up?
Thanks in advance

Re: Copper Phone line being turned off
Welcome to the Community @RobertD7. You may already be aware that we're mainly customers here and it's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post.
I'm not aware that Sky are offering a telephone only service in support of the copper line switch off. They haven't offered a landline only service for many years now - it's always bundled with broadband.
Sky's help guide here explains the switch-off: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/upcoming-changes-to-your-sky-broadband-and-talk-service
Does the letter you've received not give you an indication of your options?

Re: Copper Phone line being turned off
Thanks for replying.
It doesnt give any options whatsoever, it just asks to call the number on the letter unfortunately, i guess i call up and see what's on offer but it would have been good to have some advance knowledge of the options as you say!

@RobertD7 yes, I agree. I'd decline to make a decision until you've had time to consider the options explained to you. If we can help, let us know.
