If you're new to Sky and your Sky Broadband Hub has a Voice light on the front panel which is lit, is your phone plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub?

 

It won't work if it's plugged into the normal wall socket.

I can’t believe still there is no service

sky made an appointment for me in September 26! And until now I live without internet at my home!!

@Faten where the issue requires additional work by the network operator Openreach there is little Sky can do to speed things up. When the job is completed you should be compensated see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
