@Boughd by voice messages, do you mean Voicemail? Is this Voicemail via Sky's 1571 service, or your phone's answerphone service? Under what circumstances did you start having internet calls, where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub? Was that when you joined Sky? Or the result of an upgrade? How long ago?
