Our wifi is generally rubbish and certainly don't get it in every room as promised despite having a booster.
the issue at moment though is 'check phone line' error. Can't make or receive calls. If I ring our landline from mobile it says it's engaged. Have plugged standard phone into socket. Nothing. So I'm assuming error outside. Is that sky that need to come and sort it? We have sky talk and line with them. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you have the MySky app installed on your mobile, if so you can get it to run a line check to see if an external fault is found and if it does find someone you can book an engineer repair.

Hiya. Thanks for that. Yes I do have the my sky app. I've had a look and I can't see where I can run a check on the phone line. Broadband tests are all green ? Am I looking in the wrong place?
