now not working at all

rings once then stops

@JNH  you can't cancel your landline without also cancelling broadband. They're bundled together. Providing you have the Pay as you Talk package and don't make any calls, the landline isn't costing you anything.

You are not emailing Sky by posting in the email help forum.

You can't cancel Sky Talk landline without also cancelling Sky Broadband. What you can do if you do not plan to use your landline phone is to call Sky and ask to be put on the pay as you talk package so if you make no calls theee will be no monthly call package charge on your account.
