@StuHepburn38 - this does seem to be a becomming common problem as i'm suffering from exact the same thing.
Firstly i'd suggest quickly checking this troubleshooting guide: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start
Then click on the "No I still need more help button" and it should guide you through completing a form which will submit a ticket on you behalf to Sky's networking team to investigate the issue. I've did this the other day and got sent a text message confirming the network team are investigating this problem, and am expecting to receive a further update after 72 hours.
