Hi, my parents phone has a noise on it like when you have a message, when you dial 1571 it just keeps on making the noise. They can't make calls but can receive them but the other person can't hear them. Sky tested the line and there's no fault. We tried a new phone which has made no difference, had this happened to anybody else?
