Anyone who calls me from their address book gets the engaged tone, however if they physically dial the number, the call goes through. The same thing happens when I call anyone using my address book shortcut, I get the engaged tone and if I dial the actual number. the call goes through. Has anyone else experienced this and know of any solution other than clearing the address book and re-entering all my contacts.
