We recently received notification that we have moved across to a new contract. Since then we have been unable to receive incoming landline calls (from assorted mobiles and landlines). We can make outgoing landline calls.

Hmm - obviously I can't watch for the 'balloon' all day.
Anyway - issue is now resolved. Checked handsets - not that. Rebooted router several times - not that. But a power cut seems to have solved it.
