Callsmfrom the number,in Sky's help guide here may be genuine. However, any number can be 'spoofed' (created) by a scammer so it's best to treat any unsolicited call with caution, especially if the caller is offering you large discounts (typically 30%).

What was the caller offering, or want you to do?

@Lils21

With any unexpected calls from Sky if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which a genuine Sky agent should) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam call.
