Broken phone

I received my free phone July 21st.  Phone is turning off .  When turning phone on goes to blue sky and shuts off.  Phone has worked for a total of 8 days with all other problems I've had.

@Babymoon

Where are you based as they are not UK mobile numbers? Your post was removed because you included the numbers on a public forum. And Sky (in the UK) don't provide free mobile phones.

@Babymoon  Sky UK the TV, Broadband & Mobile provider don't make their own phones so it appears you have the wrong Sky service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Babymoon

If Sky in the brand of phone then I believe these are available in the USA so you are on the wrong site I'm afraid.

If you are referring to this device (or similar from 'Cloud Mobile') then as @caesarome indicates it is unrelated to Sky Mobile or Sky Group (a division of Comcast).  Sky Mobile does not have subscribers in or supply hardware to the US.

I suspect by 'free phone' you are referring to this scheme:

https://governmentfreephone.net/cloud-mobile-free-phone/

Which is administered for citizens of the USA by the FCC

https://www.getinternet.gov/apply

If so, then for hardware support you need to talk to Cloud Mobile

Re: Broken phone

This has been a BAD experience do I go take this broken phone back to gentleman who provided.  I then can cancel service and use a different provider?

@Babymoon we can't comment, I'm afraid. This has nothing to do with Sky UK, as already highlighted.
