Hi sorry if this has already been posted
I have joined sky last month
And I've noted on my package it has broadband and talk
However not been given a landline number
Does broadband and talk mean I also have a landline or do I need to add something else aswell
This is what it shows on my bill
Sky WiFi
FREE
Sky Talk Internet Calls
FREE
Sky Pay As You Talk
FREE
Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1
£24.00
Any help appreciated thanks 😊

I believe those are adjacent exchange areas (Clevedon and Bristol respectively).
Be aware that 'FREE' in the billing description does not mean free calls: it's Sky's incredibly mislead way of indicating that provision of an ability to make voice calls doesn't have a separate charge. You are on a PAYG tariff charged as pence per minute.

Is PAYG the only one they do?

You can opt to add the following at a fixed monthly cost (note pricing may be out of date) :
Enjoy inclusive calls to UK landlines and mobiles after 7pm Monday to Friday as well all day at weekends. International landline calls are charged at standard rates and this would cost you an extra £5 a month added onto your selected Sky package.
With Sky Anytime Extra you'll receive inclusive calls to both UK landlines and mobiles all throughout the week and at weekends. You'll also get International Calls to over 20 destinations for just 2p a minute and this will set you back just £12 a month on top of the cost of your selected Sky subscription.
Stay in touch with loved ones all across the world with Sky Talk International Extra which gives you inclusive international calls to 50 destinations. You don't have to worry about neglecting those at home either with inclusive calls to UK landlines and mobiles at any time, which will only cost you an extra £14 a month!

That's why I really object to Sky prominently displaying 'Free' next to the product names on the bill...
