Broadband + Talk

We've had Broadband + Talk with you since the 26th July. ttthe WIFI is working on all the gadgets but the 'Talk' part is not working. It is supposed to be set up for our landline, there is no dialling tone. Why is it not working? Also it is FibreOptic.

Are you plugging your phone into the voice port on the hub?
