Booster for phone for vulnerable disabled lady

Good morning i am a vulnerable lady who is disabled and I need a booster pack for my phone at home when intetnet not working how do i get this can anyone help

Could you explain what you mean by a 'booster pack'?

 

I'm not aware that Sky or any other provider offers hardware meeting that description.

@Fiftyplus1 Sky should  be able to provide a backup power supply for your router to use in the event of a power outage, though I don't think there's any standard process for obtaining one or standard kit.

 

I doubt they'll be able to help in relation to a potential internet outage (just as they wouldn't for a conventional phone line failure). A cheap, PAYG mobile might be the answer.
